Join Ainsley & Natalie for a women’s one day retreat to feel lighter, brighter and more connected to the universe.  The day includes yoga on the beach, light language, sound healing and a deliciously nourishing lunch. From 10am – 4pm meeting at Fun Fit Pilates in Woody Point, and time on on Margate Beach.  Places are strictly limited to 12. Cost is $159 includes all materials, refreshments and lunch.
