This is an extended kids yoga class for kids aged 9-13 on Thursday 1 July in the Clontarf studio.  This is limited to 12 kids and weather permitting, we may do some yoga on the beach too. Ainsley combines yoga poses, breath work, mindfulness exercises and relaxation. We’ll explore using singing bowls and learn about sounds, vibrations and energy. The cost is $25 and the session runs from 11am-12.30pm.
