Held On Saturday 2 May in Chermside Girl Guides from 2pm – 5pm

Join us in the natural surroundings of Chermside Girl Guides Hut in Bradbury Park as we combine yoga and crafting for a fun filled afternoon.  Ainsley teaches some yoga poses, breathing and mindfulness exercises to help kids find their calm.  We’ll be joined by Kayla from Karhi Collection so kids can create their own crystal bracelet to help them feel peaceful, grounded and calm. We’ll add some essential oils too soothe our nervous system too.  Aimed at kids aged 5-12 years and includes all materials and a delicious afternoon tea of bliss balls, fruit & vege sticks, crackers & dips. (Vegan and Gluten Free) Cost is $45 per child.
