Kids Yoga Workshops

 

 

Ainsley offers creative and engaging 3 hour workshops for kids aged 5-12 years which combines yoga poses, music, yoga therapy exercises, mindfulness, crafting, breathing, positive affirmations and guided visualisations.

 

High Vibe Warrior Tribe – Kids Yoga & Drumming Workshop

 

Join us for 3 hours of fun, creativity and positivity with this tribal themed workshop combining yoga, drumming and face painting.

 

 This workshop aimed at kids aged 5-12 years to help them become more aware of their body, to connect with their feelings, shift their energy and express themselves in a positive way through yoga, breathing, movement and music.

 

Our aim is to build self-awareness, inner strength and a positive mindset, so kids can be enjoy being kids with joy, happiness and laughter! We combine kids yoga therapy exercises, yoga poses, movement, music, breathing, positive affirmations and guided visualisations and relaxation.

 

Join Ainsley Moden, local yoga teacher for both adults and children as she shares her enthusiasm and passion with another creative workshop. Yoga helps kids improve their body awareness, be more connected to their emotions and build strength both inside and out. Kids yoga can be loud with music, laughter and fun!

 

Ainsley teams up Kellie from Energetic Music, she leads the children through dynamic movement, drumming and music to find their own rhythm and connect with our tribe.  Charli from Wild Thyme Face & Body Artists will be offering face painting to the children to help them connect with their own inner warrior.

Kids Yoga Workshops
