An in-house program for the kindergarten (kingfishers) room in Sandgate Childcare. This is 6 x weekly classes to build muscle tone, balance, co-ordination and self awareness and to help regulate emotions. Its fun, joyful with songs, music, poses and mindfulness to help your kids feel more connected inside and out. Cost is $60.
