Kids Yoga in Sandgate Childcare – Kindy Room
In-house kids yoga for the children in the Kindy Room in Sandgate Childcare during Term 4. 8 weekly classes from Monday 12 October to Monday 30 November at 10.30-11am The cost is $70 for 8 weeks.

Immerse yourself in nature as we hike approximately 6km along the bush trail, taking in the beautiful landscapes and lake views as we journey together, mindfully and aware. We return to Bullocky Rest for a 50 minute slow flow yoga class on the grass followed by a delicious morning tea, witnessing the breathtaking views in all directions.…

Family Yoga on Sunday 6 December
Join us in the Nashville State School Hall, Douglas Street Brighton 4017 for another fun family yoga class. Suitable for all ages and abilities, the cost is $30 per family. Family yoga includes group yoga poses, mindfulness, breathing exercises, positive affirmations, and laughter to bring your family together with light-hearted fun and deeper connections.

Join us in the grounds of Nashville State School for another fun kids yoga and art workshop with a beach theme, from 9am-12 midday. We'll be creating our own beach collage with sandy footprints, shells and other materials! Suitable for ages 5-12 years and filled with 3 hours of joyful energy, positivity and connection for your kids. Cost is $45 per child.
