If you can dream it, you can create it! Join us for an afternoon of inspiration, intention setting and visualisations to help you kick start 2021 and live a more soul-led life.
We combine yoga breathwork, slow flowing movement, guided visualisations to connect into your heart space. Then we craft, cut, draw, glue and decorate on cardboard to bring your vision into 3D. Held in the beautiful Inner Healing Wellness Centre, 32 Hornibrook Esplanade, Clontarf 4019 from 2.30pm-5pm. Cost is $35 per person and includes deliciously healthy homemade refreshments.
