Kids Yoga in Sandgate Town Hall on Tuesdays after school starts on Tuesday 2nd February for 8 weekly classes. We combine yoga poses, mindfulness, breath awareness, relaxation in a non-competitive environment. We love to help your kids to feel happy, calm and connected. Suitable for kids aged 5-8 years old. This class is limited to 15 children. The cost is $100 for a block of 8 weekly classes. Stats on Tuesday 2 February to Tuesday 23 March 2021.
