This is a FREE event on Saturday 7 December at 10.30-11am in Regis Aged Care, Sandgate.
Bookings are essential to secure a space on my mini mats.
Kids aged 2-5 years are welcome to move with me as we combine yoga songs, poses, breathing exercises and relaxation.
Parents are required to sign a media consent form for their child to participate. It will be loud with music and laughter and fun!
