Restorative yoga is a very slow and deeply relaxing yoga practice where poses are held for up to 20mins each. You’ll have plenty of support with yoga props, bolsters and blankets to allow you time to sink into a deep relaxation, accompanied by Ainsley’s guided meditation and yoga nidra to help you shift from doing into being.
