Join us in the grounds of Nashville State School for this school holiday workshop on Wednesday 1 July from 9am-12midday. We’ll combine movement with yoga poses, partner poses, yoga games, mindfulness, breathing and relaxation.  We’ll team up with Bec from A Painter’s Dream to create our own cow painting.  This is a drop-and-go workshop for kids aged 5-12 years and strickly limited to 18 children. Bookings are essential, the cost is $40 per child.
