Restorative yoga is deeply relaxing to restore and reset the nervous system, and return the body to a state of balance.  It’s slow and gentle, and perfect for an evening class to prepare your body for a blissful evening of sleep. This is a 90 mins class and we use props to keep you relaxed and supported in each pose. The cost is$30 or $20 if you have a class pass.  Suitable for ages 16 and over.
