Join us in Sandgate by the Lagoon under the big tree for a morning of yoga and art for kids aged 5-12 years.  This 3 hour workshop includes yoga poses, breathing techniques, connection activities and art with a tree theme.  Join Ainsley and Kathleen from Being Grounded & Bec from A Painters Dream, for a morning of tree-mendous fun and positivity for your kids.

Includes all materials, and light refreshments of homemade bliss balls and fresh fruit and vege sticks. BYO yoga mat if you have one. Cost is $45 per child.

We meet in Sandgate Scout Hall and will spend most of our time outside around the big tree out by the lagoon.
