Join Ainsley in Clontarf for an extended kids yoga & mindfulness class for kids aged 4-8 years.  This is limited to 12 kids and costs $25. We combine yoga poses, stories, visualisations, fun breathing exercises to help your kids feel into their body, rebalance their emotions and embrace their uniqueness too.  This is designed as a ‘drop and go’ extended session so parents can enjoy a coffee, a walk or some quiet time while the children attend the session.  Held in Inner Healing Wellness Centre on Thursday 1 July from 9am – 10.30am.  The cost is $25
