Join me in Inner Healing Wellness Centre for this deeply relaxing 90 minute class to reset the nervous system, and experience guided visualisations, yoga nidra and sound. 7pm for a 7.15pm start until 8.45pm. Suitable for absolute beginners too.  The cost is $30.
